Mosunmola Adefarati is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial Unit of Kenna Partners. Her practice focuses on a wide range of matters, including company secretarial matters, regulatory compliance,  corporate governance, commercial litigation, and corporate advisory.

Mosunmola has an indepth understanding of corporate and commercial law and seeks to provide bespoke solutions to clients legal problems. She advises clients in Nigeria and internationally on various matters including but not limited to corporate governance, mergers and acquisition and data protection compliance.
