Okechukwu is a Legal Practitioner and the Lead Senior Consultant at KP Nominees with more than 10 years’ cognate experience spanning various legal practice areas including corporate restructuring, company secretarial, corporate governance practice, risk management and reporting frameworks. He has advised a number of high profile clients in the private and public sectors in this regard. Okechukwu heads the corporate governance and compliance unit and is a key facilitator of the human capital development trainings especially our management and board training.
